veggie wont-ton

level 1creativity week, take one:
i made delicious spicy shrimp & ginger wont-ton the night before, and for the first time, fried them. delicious, so i had many, but fried, and boy my stomach felt heavy. in the morning i was happy to find the last one which i'd made with veggies and i forgot to cook, so i threw it to boil 2-3 min in water in the microwave. Voila, lighter lunch. I needed that.
